2024 home opener set for March 16

Three more holiday weekend home match dates announced.

Chattanooga Football Club can confirm the date of its 2024 MLS NEXT Pro home opener to be Saturday, March 16th at Finley Stadium.

Launched in 2022 by Major League Soccer, MLS NEXT Pro is a professional men’s soccer league that will field 29 teams in 2024. Twenty-seven of those are affiliated with MLS clubs like Atlanta United, Inter Miami and Columbus Crew, plus independent clubs Chattanooga FC and Carolina Core. 

The opponent for the home opener and kick-off time will be confirmed soon, with the full MLS NEXT Pro 2024 schedule expected to be announced next month.

The club can also confirm three more home match dates, which all land on summer holiday weekends:

  • May 25 — Memorial Day Weekend:
  • July 6 — Independence Day Weekend
  • September 1 — Labor Day Weekend
